01 REGISTRATION

You must register online by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT tag on the top right hand corner of the page. You must complete the REGISTRATION procedure. Registered Distributors will receive the Distributor discount when the next LOG IN.

02 LOG IN

Once you have been registered you can LOG IN. You need not register to place orders but if you intend being a regular user It will be to your benefit to register as Registered parties will receive discounts after completing 5 online transactions on this store.

03 ORDERS

Follow the procedure to complete your order. Once the order is complete

Drawings:

You can elect to pay online with a credit card or complete and EFT and send proof of payment to Indemanddrawingoffice.  Should you select an EFT we will only email the drawings to you once the funds clear in our account.

Frames:

You can elect to pay online with a credit card or complete and EFT and send proof of payment to Indemanddrawingoffice.  Should you select an EFT we will only commence with manufacturing once the funds clear in our account.  An invoice will be sent to Indemanddrawingoffice, you and our recommended transport company for them to issue you with a quotation.

Membrane: 

You can elect to pay online with a credit card or complete and EFT and send proof of payment to Indemanddrawingoffice.  Should you select an EFT we will only commence with manufacturing once the funds clear in our account.  An invoice will be sent to Indemanddrawingoffice, you and our recommended transport company for them to issue you with a quotation.

04 DELIVERY

Our recommended transport company will send you a quotation to transport the goods to the delivery address you have selected.  You are not compelled to use our recommended transport company and you may arrange for collection yourself or through a third party transport company.
